PDP Chieftain and President of the African Children Talent Discovery Foundation, (ACTDF), Dr. Noah Dallaji, says continuity of leadership and governance in Bauchi State would enhance peace and greater development of the state.
Dallaji, who made the remarks while speaking with journalists after voting at his Wornu One Primary School Polling Unit 015 in Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area of Bauchi State, said there is need for citizens to vote for the common good at every election cycle which, he said, was the basis for a better tomorrow.
He noted the outcome of the election in Bauchi State would likely favour the incumbent governor, Bala Mohammed, who is seeking a second term.
In his words “such victory would be as a result of the governor’s record of performance, adding that many were likely to have voted for him to further the course of development in the state.
“So, I expect a massive victory for Kaura with the high expectations that the good people of Bauchi State would have voted their conscience based on the record of performance of the governor rather than any selfish motivation.
“I expect our people to vote based on their convictions that such ballots would only serve the common good and for the betterment of our dear state where peace, unity and development will reign”.
Dallaji commended the process of election experienced at his polling unit which, he said, was better than the last presidential election just as he hailed the turnout of voters he said was impressive.
