As the war continues in Ukraine by Russian forces, The Leader of the House, Alhassan Ado-Doguwa and the Chairman, House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Honourable Buba Yakubu and his colleaguea are on their way to Ukraine borders to oversee the evacuation of stranded Nigerians.
They would be representing the National Assembly as approved by Speaker in their 2-man team to Ukraine Border to monitor evacuation of Nigerians.
More than five thousand students are thought to be stranded and fled from Ukraine.
Top of the support organisations is Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation, which has chapters across many European countries.
The organisation have been attending and advising thousands so far on Eastern European nations bordering with Ukraine.
