The Mentoring Commandant of the Nationals in Diaspora Mentoring Corps, Cmrd. Alistair, has extended warm birthday felicitations to renowned engineer and philanthropist, Noah Dallaji, describing him as a visionary leader committed to national development and youth empowerment.
