The Association of Yoruba Descendants Finland (AYDF) Europe announces its Yoruba Day 2026 Celebrations with promises of a vibrant, colourful, and unforgettable cultural celebration that will bring together Yoruba descendants, friends, and lovers of African culture in Finland.
Holding on Saturday, 29th August 2026, this year’s Yoruba Day promises to be one of the biggest and most exciting edition.
The event according to a release signed by Princess Ebunoluwa Kivinen will proudly showcase the rich heritage while strengthening bonds within the yoruba community in the diaspora.
The event on Saturday, August 29, 2026 will kickstart by 12:00 noon at Lilhementie 1, 02250 Espoo, Finland will be hosted in the heart of Espoo, offering a beautiful and accessible location for everyone in the Helsinki metropolitan area and beyond.
Celebrating Culture, Heritage, and Community, Yoruba Day 2026 is more than just an event. It is a powerful platform for preserving and promoting yoruba identity.
The celebration according to the release will bring together people of Yoruba descent and allies to honour yoruba language, traditions, music, dance, fashion, cuisine, and values.
