President of Abia State Indigenes In Diaspora Association UK&EIRE, Mazi. Godson Azu, was a guest at the month of August First Sunday Thanksgiving Service of Jesus House for all Nations in London, where Pastor Agu Irukwu is the presiding pastor.
Mazi Azu used the opportunity to meet with Pastor Agu, the first son, of the great Iroko of NdiAbia and AlaIgbo, the great insurance guru and champion of Igbo heritage, Chief. Prof. Joe. Irukwu, who passed away few weeks ago.
Pastor Agu, a Lawyer by training, has been a huge inspiration to many young men and women, great personalities in the Christian faith, business and political community, most especially here in the United Kingdom, back home in Nigeria and around the world. He is a humble servant of the most high God, who have seen both sides of human life and still standing to the glory of God.
Mazi Azu delivered the letter of condolences from NdiAbia ,ABSIDA UK to him, as we join in prayers for the families, at the time of need, he also use the opportunity to extend the special invitation of ABSIDA , for him to join his brothers and sisters at the Abia Cultural Day event, as we celebrate our Culture and Heritage in the United Kingdom. It is indeed an honour and great privilege to share a brief moment with Pastor Agu, as we both reflected on the issues affecting our dear beloved Abia state, and to a large extent the country called Nigeria.
A New Abia is Possible
