Rev Nims Obunge MBE DL, CEO of The Peace Alliance, who is also a Deputy Lieutenant to His Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant for Greater London alongside Tim Nelson, the CEO of Hope for Justice & Slave-Free Alliance, are Christian leaders and catalysts for change, in the fight for social justice in the United Kingdom. In conversations with influential leaders across the nation, they have identified a sense that this moment is an opportunity for prayer, as we look to the coronation and ordination of King Charles IlI.

This call to prayer each day at 11am, up until the 6th May 2023 and beyond should you desire, is an invitation to declare The Lord’s Prayer over this nation, the Commonwealth and all other nations. In so doing, we need to lead the way for forgiveness, unity, peace, and prosperity. We pray for forgiveness of the past, as we seek to build a better future, we pray for healing within the Royal family, our families, and all communities. We pray for unity, and for the sovereignty of Gods Kingdom to reign over this nation, and all the nations of the world, so that rich and poor alike, may have their needs met, as we exercise love and forgiveness to each other.

We pray for the King and those who serve in authority across our nations, to bring justice and peace for all people. We also pray for Gods Kingdom, to lead us all in the way.

Prayer- Matthew 6:9-13 NKJV

9 In this manner, therefore, pray:

Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your. name. 10 Your kingdom come. Your wilL be done On earth as it is in,heaven.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13 And do notlead us into temptation,

But deliver us from the evil one.
