The National Examinations Council (NECO) has issued a statement denying reports of plans to recruit new staff, warning members of the public to disregard such claims as fraudulent.
According to Azeez Sani, Ag. Director, Information and Public Relations, the online publication making the rounds is entirely false and designed to deceive unsuspecting individuals.
NECO assured the public that it will always follow due process and adhere to relevant laws when the Federal Government approves staff recruitment, under the leadership of Prof. Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi, Registrar/Chief Executive.
The Council urges the public to exercise caution and beware of scammers attempting to take advantage of unsuspecting job seekers.
