LWPT, in collaboration with The Methodist Church, is launching the latest edition of Bible Month focusing on the Book of Isaiah. The sixth in our series of 30-day study guides, it aims to encourage individuals and churches to engage with a specific book of the Bible and develop biblical literacy within church communities.
It is produced as an A4 booklet. Copies can be ordered via the Preach website at www.preachweb.org/biblemonth Single copies are £4.50 including P&P, bundles of ten are £37.50 including P&P and copies are now in stock, ready for delivery. Newcomers to Bible Month are invited to try a FREE sample available at preachweb.org/books-and-diaries.
The Bible Month booklet is the key resource for churches to run their own Bible month across any four-week period. It provides ideas for churches or smaller groups to engage with Isaiah throughout the year.
Study is set out in four sessions to run weekly, with guidance and study notes for groups of all ages.

Introduction to Isaiah by Dr Helen Paynter including the main themes of Isaiah, the historical context and a timeline
4 weeks of Bible notes with preaching points on these key themes:
Tough Love – Isaiah presents two aspects of God’s character, love and judgement Light to the World – Isaiah’s vision of God’s love for the whole worldFaithful Servant – Isaiah’s prophetic insight into the Anointed One, the Messiah, and his character and path of suffering
A New World – Isaiah’s optimism and soaring language depict a vision of a world made new and creation in harmony

30 days with the Book of Isaiah is designed to encourage all to explore and use the Bible. The series has been developed for Worship Leaders, Lay Readers and Local Preachers, Home Groups, Youth Group.
Leaders or curious Christians wanting to focus on Bible study either individually or in a group. With six booklets to choose from, Bible Month can be run at any time of year, or in any year, as it is not tied to the Lectionary or time bound. It can draw the church family together into a conversation about one book of the Bible and is tried and tested in both face-to-face and online ministries.
