The Shehu Yar Adua Conference centre in Abuja witnessed yet another gathering of the media, political glass and some icons in the entertainment industry, including captains of industries and senior government officials, as the Nigeria Iconic Watch International Magazine organisatizers of Nigeria Iconic Watch Media Grand Award ( NIWMGA) awarded Ben Television, Tosin Dokpesi of AIT, Dr. Reuben Abati of Arise News, NTA, some top politicians who have distinguished themselves and excell in their various field of endeavours, including those in top position in government and the private sector.

Ben Television, the first ethic tv station based in Europe in recognition to her broadcast services in Africa, was awarded the most outstanding Television station in diaspora. Others who were also recognized for their outstanding contributions includes, the Senate President’, Dr. Goodwill Akpapio, the Governor of Yobe state, Hon Mai Mala Buni, the Governor of Nassarawa state, Engr. Abdullahi Sule, the first lady of taraba state, Mrs. Agyin Kefas, the Governor of Katsina state, Mallam Dikko Radda, Former governor of Kogi State Yahaya Bello.

Other distinguished personalities who also received various awards are, Senator Aishatu Binani, senator Solomon Adeola, Senator, Abdulaziz Musa Yar Adua, Dr. Aisha Shehu Adamu, Dr. Ifeanyi Nwachukwu, Senator Abubakar Danladi, Chikelue Iloenyosi, Mbasekei Obono, Francis Duru, Ibromusa foundation, Emeka lke and a host of others.
