The Chairman Senate committee on Appropriation from Ogun West Senatorial district, Senator Solomon Adeola Olamilekan has emerged as the consensus governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for the 2027 election

While speaking at the Apc caucus strategic meeting held this monday at the party’s secretariat in Abeokuta , Governor Dapo Abiodun congratulated Party leaders and members for their cooperation in selecting the candidate seamlessly without rancour

The governor also used the occasion to implore party members to go out massively to campaign at their various communities across the state in ensuring that the ruling party emerged victoriously at the forthcoming elections

In his acceptance speech, the governorship candidate of the ruling party, Apc Senator Solomon Adeola, appreciated Governor dapo Abiodun and other party leaders across the state for deeming it fit to support his candidacy for the 2027 election

Senator adeola Yayi promised that he would embrace continuity by upholding peace and stability in the state adding that all his activities would be tailored to achieve unity and togetherness among the party members

The meeting was attended by party leaders and members across the state including former governors, deputy governors, members of national and state assembly, and other party members
