In a bid to further strengthen the drive for optimum performance in the Kogi State Civil Service, His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the Governor, Kogi State has approved the appointment of 3 (Three) Permanent Secretaries in the Service.
2. The 3 (Three) new Permanent Secretaries are:
Ebiloma Abdul Bala – Dekina I
Arokoyo Martin Babatunde – Kabba/Bunu
Shaibu Ezekiel Otori – Okehi
3. The Head of Service, Elder (Mrs.) Deborah A. Ogunmola expressed deep appreciation to His Excellency for his continued interest in the upliftment of Officers and the advancement of the on-going reforms in the Service. She pledged the loyalty and dedication of the Civil Servants to the advancement of the ideals of the New Direction Administration.
4. Consequently, the Head of Service admonished the new and indeed all Permanent Secretaries in the Service of Kogi State to brace up to the challenges in their various offices and put in their best for the actualization of the much desired dividends of democracy to the generality of our people.
Kogi, is a state in the central region of Nigeria. It is popularly called the Confluence State because of the confluence of River Niger and River Benue at its capital, Lokoja, which is the first administrative capital of modern-day Nigeria.
