IMO GOV ASPIRANT CALLS ON APGA WARD CHAIRMEN TO ENSURE THAT THE MOTORCYCLES GIVEN TO THEM ARE IN GOOD USE
UCHE ONYEAGUCHA GOVERNORSHIP CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION
-DEBUNKS THE RUMOUR THAT HE IS BEING SPONSORED BY GOVERNOR OKOROCHA.
The frontline APGA governorship aspirant in the state, Hon Uche Onyeagucha has called on all APGA Ward chairmen in the state to ensure that the motorcycles he donated to them are in good use. Hon Onyeagucha stated this on tuesday at the party secretariat Egbu road, while thanking members of APGA state working committee for their support during his just concluded sensitization tour across the 27 local governments of the state. He expressed his profound gratitude to the state chairman Barr Peter Ezeobi and members of his expanded executive council for their unalloyed support and encouragement reiterating that APGA will take over Imo State Douglas house in next year’s election.
Hon Onyeagucha went further to debunk the rumour in social media that he is being sponsored by Governor Okorocha in buying the 305 motorcycles for all APGA ward chairmen in the state. He described the rumor as the grand design of disgruntled and mischievous politicians who are on a sponsored mission to blackmail him. He wondered how a lame duck Governor Okorocha who could not buy motorcycles for ward chairmen of his party since more than seven years he has been in power could sponsor him in buying 305 motorcycles for APGA Ward chairmen in the state, describing such rumour as ludicrous.
He further noted that no reasonable person in the state can allow himself to be linked withlll Governor Okorocha whose intransigence and moral baggage will continue to spell doom for anyone who associates with him. Honll Onyeagucha pointed out that the name Rochas Okorocha is and will continue to be a bad news for the ear and a cancerous tumor which needs to be operated on.
Consequently, he later commended his fellow Governorship aspirants and charged them to always be civil in their comments especially regarding their opponents in the party.
